Engineering/System Engineering/Process Engineering Support
Medical Health Care System (MHS) (Zone 6 contracts 4400098780 and 4400099597): KTC provides medical information systems processing capabilities to Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) in Hawaii and California and their associated satellites. KTC provides logistics and sustainment support to the Composite Health Care System (CHCS)II at MTFs worldwide. KTC performs site surveys, device installations, communications troubleshooting, systems analysis, and integration and support of new interfaces and products. KTC also provides database administration, maintenance and repair, and assists with security control.
IS/IA/IT Support
KTC is providing extensive information system development and information technology support to a variety of clients in the Southwest Zone (Zone 6 contract Esta016):
NETCOM/DoD Support at Ft Huachucha, AZ: KTC is the systems analyst/systems integrator and also provides the identification and integration of all enterprise processes such as those that involve architectures, requirements, asset management, AEIT-Registry, configuration management, and net-worthiness. KTC also trains NETCOM personnel.
Army Network Operations Security Center (ANOSC) Support: KTC supports the ANOSC, Ft. Huachucha, AZ, to support end-users of PC/server/mainframe applications. KTC interacts with network services, system engineers and developers, to analyze and recommend system modifications. KTC assists in resolving network management and security related problems, identifying operational trends, and monitoring the status of the network.
In-Service Engineering
KTC provides Field/Fleet Service Representatives (FSRs) to support Navy Tactical Exploitation Systems (TES-Ns) and Remote Terminal Consoles (RTCs) operation, maintenance and training on board Navy platforms. KTC FSRs apply their expertise in system operations, system administration and maintenance to support operation, maintenance and training associated with the Tactical Exploitation System and its variants.
