Position Description

• The incumbent provides assistance to the Administrative Officer concerning administrative operations, mission and functions, reorganizations, development and control of administrative management reports.

The Data Analyst must examine the data structure to determine the best tables and columns that contain the information needed to be able to understand questions, answer questions, document questions and responses, and ask clarifying questions until the data request is unambiguous.

• Understand structured query language (SQL) and be able to craft moderate and complex SQL statements to extract the desired information from the data base and manipulate the information into the desired format.

This position will provide our government customer with onsite support covering all elements of Integrated Logistics to include:

• Provide logistics expertise and support for all acquisition and logistics activities required for combat concept development, production, procurement and sustainment of equipment fielded
• Provide Logistic program management outreach support to Assistant Program Managers (APM), APM support contractors and customers in deriving and defining requirements, and provide education to the workforce on Acquisition lifecycle management.
• Review capability development documents (CDD) and capability production documents (CPD) for logistics sufficiency.
• Prepare essential documentation to support logistics analyses and decisions derived from these analyses, and provides logistics input for the Single Acquisition Management Plan.
• Determine logistics mission needs to support operational requirements; identify and mitigates deficiencies.
• Prepare task statements to support system sustainment, and reviews Statements of work/Statement of Objective for logistics sufficiency and supportability.
• Identify requirements for, and deficiencies in supported unit’s infrastructure, tools, and life cycle/item management resources; write objectives and plans to correct those deficiencies.
• Specify requirements for configuration management functions and capabilities.
• Develop recommendations and implementation plans that enable the PM to meet its Individual Unique Item Identification (IUID) Program requirements.
• Provide monthly technical report to the Prime outlining major accomplishments during that month.
• Review depot/contractor facility status reports on shipment and delivery of parts.
• Provide program logistics status updates to HQ SOCOM logistics on key program concerns.

This position will provide support necessary to develop schedules, life cycle cost estimates, required procurement documentation, and perform analyses in support of acquisition management and business management. The candidate shall analyze Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Capabilities Production Documents (CPD). The successful candidate will assist in developing acquisition strategies and plans to support research, development, production, acquisition and sustainment of weapons and other systems. The candidate shall develop program support documentation as required to support the acquisition strategy / plan needed to acquire appropriate approvals specified by the Program Manager, Program Executive Officer, and the Acquisition Executive. This documentation may include: Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMP), Acquisition Program Baselines (APB), and Analysis of Alternatives. The candidate shall provide technical support to various commodity working groups / integrated process teams and Government Source Selection Boards. The candidate shall review and analyze requirements documents, coordinate with requiring activities, conduct market research, coordinate with vendors, and develop and provide the Government Contracting Office a complete procurement package that has been staffed and approved at the appropriate level.

The candidate shall develop and/or maintain acquisition management documentation required by DoD 5000 series, and applicable USSOCOM regulations. The candidate shall assist in preparing documentation, including but not limited to: Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), Product Descriptions, Performance Specifications, Test Plans, Risk Assessments/Management Plans, and Cost and Operational Effectiveness Analysis (COEA). The candidate shall track status of procurement actions and prepare and submit sub-tasks to the receiving supply support activity. The candidate shall ensure items ordered are received by the requesting unit and that all receipt documents are returned to the Contracting Office for payment approval and contract closeout. The candidate may be required to participate in periodic reconciliations with the supply support activity.

The candidate shall investigate and analyze Combat Mission Need Statements (CMNS), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD) and Capability Development Documents (CDD) as they relate to design issues, resource limitations and requirements allocation. The candidate shall prepare for and attend requirements reviews, design reviews, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings related to system development. The candidate shall assess progress against the requirements, identify issues and/or problems and recommend specific actions to resolve them. The candidate shall coordinate and attend system testing, evaluate the developer’s test processes, plans, procedures, and test results, and verify that requirements are met.

BRTRC, a growing government contractor, is seeking a Software Architect to support web-based software systems for our government client in the DC Metro Area. This position will involve full SDLC and be responsible for the design and architecture of software products that meet business requirements and adhere to architecture and compliance guidelines. The Software Architect will work with project managers and development and QA/QC teams, both on and off-site to create innovative solutions. Additionally, the Software Architect is responsible for ensuring all software artifacts are reviewed and generated in accordance with CMMI Level 3 practices.

Responsibilities:
• Define and document the software engineering strategy (e.g., architecture and design)
• Maintain awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology that could impact current projects and influence new projects
• Create and deliver detailed technical presentations
• High-level technical consultation and developer mentoring
• Plan and implement the technical Enterprise Architecture, including both short and long term strategies for retiring certain legacy systems, integrating existing systems and recommendations for new systems implementation
• Refine, document and communicate architectural principles
• Design architecture of innovative solutions to business requirements
• Work on requirements analysis and specification tasks for the software development team.
• Lead peer reviews for all software related artifacts and participate in peer reviews for system engineering related artifacts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in ColdFusion 9
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of CFML, CFScript, CFC, AJAX, XML, XHTML, CSS, CF 8.0 Version
• Experience in CF frameworks like Fuse box, Transfer, Cold Spring
• Must have a programming background with some object oriented language(s) like Java, C#, or C++
• Experience in designing complex, multi-layered systems, Strong Understanding of System Architecture, and the ability to expand an existing system in conjunction with the current structure
• Oracle 11g experience
• Experience in a 3.5 Framework, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET; WCF Service is preferable
• Strong attention to detail

Materiel Fielding Supervisor

The position represents a Product Manager for Assured Mobility Systems and works closely with AMC and unit commanders. This is NOT a managerial position and requires hands on experience in acquisition management and contract management, with the ability to assist in new equipment training, materiel fielding, operating, maintaining, and repairing route clearance vehicles and assigned subsystems, to include knowledge of facilities management.

Requirements:
