Senior Analyst - CONUS/OCONUS (014-10)

BRTRC, a growing government contractor, is seeking a motivated individual to lead a team in fielding sensitive, high priority equipment into CONUS military installations, OCONUS military bases, and combat theaters -- including Afghanistan and Iraq. This position requires excellent communication skills to inform senior commanders of the abilities and limitations of the equipment being fielded. The work location will vary and include Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, Ft. Belvoir, VA, and Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, Washington DC, and various OCONUS locations including designated combat zones. This is a full time position and is contingent on contract award.

Primary responsibilities include management of the logistical support for sensitive, high priority equipment being fielded. This includes managing and tracking production, transportation, onsite assembly, and issuance of major end items and spare parts. Duties include managing the operational readiness rate, including authorized and controlled cannibalization. As the senior BRTRC employee onsite, individual will be responsible for approximately four to twenty BRTRC subordinates.

- Determine, generate and monitor required documentation for ACAT III programs
- Development of mid-range and long range planning schedules to depict the above activities and milestone events

- Gathering information and maintaining schedules through on-going coordination with headquarters staff, PMs, Research Area Directors, testers, users, and contractor representatives

These are full-time positions, located in Fairfax, Virginia, to start, but have the strong possibility for transfer to another BRTRC office or client location.

Materiel Fielding Supervisor (072-09)

BRTRC, a growing government contractor, is searching for a Senior Analyst to serve in CENTCOM AOR (Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait and/or Qatar) to coordinate and support the materiel fielding and sustainment of route clearance vehicles. The position represents a Product Manager for Assured Mobility Systems and works closely with AMC and unit commanders. This is NOT a managerial position and requires hands on experience in acquisition management and contract management, with the ability to assist in new equipment training, materiel fielding, operating, maintaining, and repairing route clearance vehicles and assigned subsystems, to include knowledge of facilities management.

Excellent OCONUS pay and benefits.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance; Active clearance a plus
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport
• Must have 12 months or more previous experience in Iraq or Afghanistan
• Must have experience in acquisition management, contract management and wheeled vehicle repairs, or combat engineering; route clearance vehicle operations and maintenance a plus
• Must be capable of working long hours in excess of 12 hours per day, seven days a week and living and working in austere conditions
• Must be capable of deploying for a minimum tour of 12 months In-Theater
• Must meet all pre-requisite requirements including physical and other requirements listed on the CONUS Replacement Center Welcome site at https://www.infantry.army.mil/CRC/

The successful candidate must posses the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Experience in new equipment training, materiel fielding, operating, maintaining, and repairing route clearance vehicles or tactical wheeled vehicles
• Experience with U.S. Army accountability and inventory control of vehicles, ISO containers, equipment and facilities
• Experience with U.S. Army Maintenance Management Systems
• Experience in management of life support equipment and facilities
• Team player and responsive to the dynamic needs of the customer
• Capable of working under stress and balancing multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Capable of writing plans and reports, and preparing and presenting briefings
• Superb interpersonal communications skills and the ability to resolve conflicts
• Good decision-making skills to resolve issues and present recommendations to senior military officers
• Good computer skills: internet, AKO, e-mail, MS Office products
