IT Solution Examples

We developed a customized Document Archival and Enterprise Search Solution (utilizing ISYS search engine COTS software) coupled with an extensive digital scanning and optimization project that encompassed thousands of documents, including many fragile, pre-Civil War-era documents for the Department of Interior, Office of Hearings and Appeals.

For the Department of Defense Biometrics Management Office, we designed the network and facility layout, procured hardware and software, and provided on-site installation and configuration of all network and audio/visual cabling, Windows servers, kiosks, plasma displays, and a surround-sound system used in support of the Biometrics Demonstration Facility in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

AutoDISE, developed for the U.S. Army and Marine Corp, is a computer model developed to aid the design of electrical power grids for military systems that consist of several shelters, electrical consumers, electrical distribution equipment, and power generators.

The Editorial Process Content Management System supporting the Army AL&T Magazine and Army AL&T Online Monthly addresses version control and document/image management needs for print and online publications and tracks information about each issue, such as subscriber information, which articles are being read, and reader comments.

For the Department of Defense Small Business Innovation Research program, BRTRC designed, developed, and integrated program life cycle Web management applications that encompass all major processes: topic generation and review, proposal submission and evaluation, and awards tracking and reporting.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency Broad Agency Announcement Submission and Evaluation System provides proposal receipt and evaluation management of all research and development proposals from industry, universities, and government organizations in response to BAAs issued on FedBizOpps.

The Biometrics Catalog, developed for the FBI, DOJ and DHS, is a collection of all publicly-available biometrics information, including new articles, consultants, products, companies, research documents, and conference presentations compiled using moderated user updates and dynamic Internet scrapes.
